At the Ranch, surrounded by towering pines, rushing rivers and tall peaks, it’s not surprising that the accent is on fresh ingredients and cuisine that satisfies hearty appetites fueled by adventure. Our menus are rich with local produce, grilled prime cuts of meat and freshly caught fish. The portions are ample, the flavors bold and satisfying, and you never leave hungry. Dining in the Chuckhouse at the Ranch
Whether you’re booking an all-inclusive vacation or a simple stay, we cook for you. Our chef, Brendan, accommodates the most trying dietary restrictions with the most incredible cuisine.
We provide three square meals each day scheduled around our activities.
Breakfast is served from 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Lunch is served promptly at 12:30 p.m. each day.
Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. every day.
Be sure to ask about our weekly dinner out on the trail. Times may vary.
Dine under the tall trees and shining stars
The near-perfect weather in our area, and the surroundings of the Ranch allow you to comfortably enjoy dining outside under the shade of the tall trees and in close proximity to the lake.
Enjoy the warm glow of the evening sky during supper, and then dance the night away to live music under the stars.
