Dine under the tall trees and shining stars

The near-perfect weather in our area, and the surroundings of Greenhorn Ranch allow you to comfortably enjoy dining outside under the shade of the tall trees and in close proximity to the lake.

Enjoy the warm glow of the evening sky during supper, and then dance the night away to live music under the stars.

We encourage guests to inform us of any dietary restrictions upon booking. Have questions about our food service? Contact us.

Mother and daughter roasting marshmallows over a campfire at Greenhorn Ranch in California

A Greenhorn Ranch nightly tradition, s’mores are as much an activity as they are a deliciously gooey treat that kids and adults enjoy alike. No California family vacation would be complete without it.

What better way to warm up the cool nights and finish off a day of adventure.

We were there in October so things were starting to cool off quite a bit but the cocktails, delicious food, and campfires kept you plenty warm.
