COVID-19 Policy

Your Safety is Our Concern at Greenhorn Ranch

At the Greenhorn Ranch we take the health and safety of our guests and staff very seriously. Although the Greenhorn Ranch is naturally socially distanced by our glorious 600 acres, we update and implement new COVID-19 policies and procedures regularly.

The Greenhorn Ranch has implemented the following strategies to ensure a safe experience for all guests and staff members.

COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

Our Sanitization Process

We will be using hand sanitizer after every interaction with guests. Pens, phones, desks, and common areas will be regularly sanitized. Keys will be sanitized after every checkout. Hand sanitizer is available in all common areas and in other key locations around the property.

Keyless Guest Check In

Once you arrive, please visit us at the front desk to get your room location and map. Your room key will be placed in your room for your convenience.

Hands-free Guest Check Out

Please visit us at the Front Desk when checking out. Please leave your keys in your room. We will have your receipt emailed to you after you depart.

Many of our activities are hosted outdoors, with plenty of space for social distancing, should you wish to social distance. We have fun and creative ways to entertain our guests while enjoying the fresh air.

As a precaution, we will not be offering daily housekeeping services at this time. Please visit the Front Desk if you need any housekeeping services and we will be happy to assist you.

Food Service

During meals, we will be offering indoor and outdoor seating options. Tables, chairs and restrooms will be sanitized between meals.

Greenhorn Saloon

Bar service is available indoors, and you are welcome to enjoy your beverage inside the saloon, or on our back deck. Tables, chairs and restrooms will be sanitized regularly.

Guests will have ample space to distance before and after rides. Our barn area is open (not an inside space) with plenty of fresh air.
