The Equine Guided Leadership programs at Greenhorn Ranch regard the horse as a teacher, a coach, a mentor and mediator. Horses are our partners in the educational process and through reflective learning, provide us a natural and immediate source of information.

Workshops will enhance interpersonal and inter-organizational communication, negotiation and relational skills, self confidence and conflict management techniques. Learning outcomes reflect improved leadership and self-esteem, a greater understanding of personal and professional efficacy and locus of control.
